Hi all, it’s been a while so we thought we would update you on our travels over the next few weeks.
Following a sold out show in Bridlington last month, we play the North again, this time in Hull on Thursday 7th April at the Fruit venue on the marina. This is a Beverley Festival warm-up show and also features Blackbeard’s Tea Party from York and Sea Fret (who you may have seen playing at the Bridlington show). Tickets are £8 and available from http://www.fruitspace.co.uk/music/folkfestival.html
For those a little further south, we will be playing the acoustic stage of the Stortford music festival in Bishop’s Stortford on Sunday 1st May – it’s a Bank Holiday weekend so no excuse not to travel! Tickets are available from http://www.stortfordmusicfestival.org.uk/index.html and there are options to suit every pocket from day tickets to full weekend with camping passes.
Finally, we are supporting two worthy causes: Christians Against Poverty and Hope for Justice at a charity event for Love Unplugged in Bradford on Saturday 7th May. Tickets and details are at http://www.loveunplugged.co.uk/
Finally, we’re on the radio tonight on James Hoggarth’s evening show on BBC Humberside and Lincoln, we’ll be there from about 9pm so please listen in!
We hope you can make it to one of the shows, please book your tickets early to avoid disappointment as fans have been turned away from our last two gigs due to them selling out and we’d hate for you to miss out!
All the best,
Circus Envy

A review of our latest single from Reviewartists.com
Folk-pop crossovers have become popular of late. Less dark than Seth Lakeman and less depressing than Mumford and Sons, Regret has all the hallmarks of a mainstream hit, with the added bonus of some beautiful harmonies.
